Artist Information: Sean White Creative Sean White graduated from the University of Ulster in 1989 with a BA (Hons) Degree in Design specialising in Graphic Design, Illustration and Typography. In relation to his teaching career he gained the Advanced Diploma in Education (Further Education) in 1993 from the University of Ulster. In 1996 he successfully completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Education Management again graduating from the University of Ulster. Sean has worked as a lecturer since Jan 1990 initially at Lurgan College of Further Education before it became the Upper Bann Institute in 1994 with the amalgamation of the Lurgan, Portadown and Banbridge Colleges of Further Education. He now teaches at the newly formed Southern Regional College. As part of Curriculum Development Sean has written two BTEC Graphic Design courses one at National Level and the other at Higher National Level. Along with other lecturers Sean has integrated live industrial work into the curriculum providing students with the opportunity to gain real life working experience as part of their graphic design education.
