The Musician Paintings created by Sean White are loose in style and fall into two main categories, Irish Traditional and Blues Musicians. The blues Musicians have been featured on numerous festival posters and supporting literature including Monaghan Blues Festivals (1999-2001) and the Warrenpoint Blues Festivals (2004 – present).

The Blues pictures tend to have one main character emphasized while the Irish Traditional Session pictures have groupings of characters depicted with a very loose painting technique and the application of thick paint. These paintings have been exhibited in galleries throughout Ireland.
